Orders & Shipping

When you purchase online you will receive a confirmation email with your order details along with an order number.

Delivery fees depend on the total amount of your order. Orders with a value equal or above AED 120 will be delivered FREE of charge. Before checking out in your shopping cart you’ll see the shipping costs for your order.

FedEx is our official logistic partner and delivers your order right to your door anywhere in the UAE. FedEx will provide you with a tracking number via email. Delivery to other country is generally possible but needs to be evaluated and confirmed by our sales team. Please call us at + 971 4 339 8772 for any additional inquiries or stop by our store at Aljoud Center (Sheik Zayed Road) to discuss the details.
We assure delivery in UAE from Monday to Friday and under special circumstances also on Saturday. The delivery will be made within 24hrs from confirmation of your order. (Monday to Friday) Delivery of orders placed on a Friday or Holiday may delay for 24hrs~48hrs. Your shipment will be delivered as scheduled below:
  1. Order placed.
    – before 2pm on a work day
    – on a Weekend / Holiday
  1. Delivery.
    – next working day before 6pm
    – within 24hrs~48hrs on next working day
* Though it is our highest interest always to deliver as stated above but we cannot guarantee. However, should for some reason a delivery not possible on the promised date then we will contact you immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

In the event of receiving any damaged items please follow the below steps:

  1. Reporting of a damaged item must be done within one hour upon delivery along with a clear picture of the damaged item as evidence. Kindly take a photo & send us an email with the reference.
  2. We will be resending the same item within the next working day. At the time of the replacement delivery we will collect damaged item in retour. Therefore, please keep the reported item handy at the time of delivery of the replacement.

If you fail to comply to either the above steps (1, 2) then we reserve the right to deny any refund.
